All our prices are clearly displayed. The price that you see is the price that you pay. All taxes have been included. The charges for postage and packing are as set out during the order process. Euro pricing is an estimate based on current exchange rate information provided by our bank and which may not be the same rate that your credit card provider would charge and is subject to change. All billing is done in UK pounds sterling and any exchange rate quoted cannot be guaranteed by us. Please check with your credit card company for your current billing exchange rate before ordering.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we cannot at this time accept American Express or Laser Card. Payment will be debited at the time of placing the order or within 3 working days of the order being received. Goods will not be dispatched until paid for in full.
Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
You may if you wish cancel your order within 7 working days after the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. (excluding postage & packaging). If you wish to cancel an order must notify us within the 7 working day period. Your statutory rights are not affected. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any opened product for hygienic reasons. Goods must be returned to us unopened and in the condition they were despatched to you. A full refund would be made within 30 days from cancellation provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition. (excluding postage & packaging). The customers would bear the full cost of postage & packaging when returning the goods. Any damaged or defective items would be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage refunded. Please keep proof of postage. Damaged or defective goods must be returned to us before replacements can be sent. Credit card refunds would be to the card used for the original purchase. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of clearance of funds and delivered within 2 to 10 working days (depending on the destination). If for some reason we cannot deliver within the agreed time we will inform the customer immediately and arrange another time for delivery.
Out of Stock Items
Any out of stock items will be sent separately from main order at no extra cost to you. Unfortunately this does not include larger or bulky items.
